Sales Executive - Part Time Position

Role Overview

                In this role you will work closely with the founder and design team to expand the distribution of Raven Hill in independent outlets in Yorkshire, with a view to expand across northern England and other key cities in England. You will use your skill and personality to win new business and build relationships with new & existing customers within on- and off- trade sectors.

You will work directly with store managers and wholesalers to ensure the Raven Hill range is stocked, ranged in the best space in store and winning more than our fair share.  It will be a fast-paced environment and you will be given responsibility to manage your time from the outset. You will be joining a young, growing business with a big ambition and loads of opportunity to learn and have fun!

Responsibilities

  • Represent the brand and our values

  • Demonstrate drive and motivation to deliver the best outcome and consistently hit sales objectives

  • Stay up to date with market trends, recognise changes and new opportunities

  • Conduct regular store visits to spot opportunities.  Follow through on all commitments made.

  • Constantly seek new business opportunities and develop existing business

  • Assist the team by providing concise reports on the levels of distribution, display and sales

  • Gain additional placement within accounts, including secondary points of purchase and refrigerator placement

  • Deliveries of beer to maintain customer stock levels

 

Qualifications

  • Passionate about our mission at Raven Hill and desire to build an adventure brand

  • Minimum 1yr experience in a sales role preferably at a purpose driven challenger brand

  • Comfortable with numbers, able to make quick calculations under some time pressure

  • A people person who can offer outstanding customer care and build strong relationships

  • Enthusiastic and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy

  • Driving license
